Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time (16 hours per week) position based out of our Ventura office.
A partial list of responsibilities includes:
· Answering phones· Entering timesheets into accounting system· Filing· Assisting professional staff with various tasks· Stocking and organizing supply closets, kitchen, restrooms, printer stations and other areas· IT support· Customer service support· Human resources support· Accounting support
The qualified candidate has:
· Successfully performed the above tasks· Excellent communication skills· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite· Knowledge of QuickBooks· The ability to maintain close attention to detail· The ability to lift up to 35 pounds
