Rincon Consultants has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant located in our Sacramento office.

 

The marketing staff are an integral part of the success Rincon has experienced in the last 20+ years.  The successful candidate will be on a team with other marketing professionals and will work under the direction of the Proposal Manager to support proposals, interviews, marketing assets and other initiatives as needed. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support proposals, statements of qualifications, and letters of interest.
  • Update cut sheets, presentations and related marketing materials using existing design templates and brand standards.
  • Assist in maintaining and tracking opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting market and client research.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information.
  • Support the production to packaging efforts on all proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing coordinators located in multiple offices to prepare submittals.
  • Assist with company CRM and Accounting software updates and associated research projects.
  • Schedule meetings, as needed.
  • Assist or coordinate special projects/events, as needed.

Experience and Skills:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, related degree, a plus.
  • One or more years of industry experience the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Must have strong communication, writing and organizational skills.
  • Must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently
