Rincon Consultants has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Administrator preferably in our Sacramento office (other locations may be considered).

The marketing staff are an integral part of the success Rincon has experienced in the last 20+ years.  The successful candidate will be a team with other marketing coordinators and will work with business development leadership and leaders in the firm to establish proposal and interview strategies and assist in the pursuit of new business/clients.  Primary responsibilities include:

  • Leads in conjunction with Marketing and IT, the implementation of Cosential (CRM) – hire should be an expert in Cosential or equivalent CRM system.
  • Administers day to day data entry and updates from staff and/or market leads.
  • Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT to identify customer support and technology problems and resolve them.
  • Conduct user workshops and other forms of requirements gathering, in addition to training workshops.
  • Write training materials and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Participate in user testing and upgrade process, and ensure that business objectives are met.
  • Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met.
  • Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, related degree, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Two or more years of industry experience as marketing coordinator in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Expert level fluency in Microsoft Excel (Experience creating pivot tables is a must)
  • Be well versed in Microsoft Office
  • SharePoint skills desired
  • Prior experience operating and administering a multi-user CRM system within an AEC firm
  • Prior experience developing queries, automated reports, and workflows in a CRM system
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Access or other database management system is a plus
  • Must have an analytical and data-focused mindset with an attention to detail
  • Must have strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
