Collaborate with management to identify the company’s
Develop and implement effective training programs and
materials for various departments, positions and functions and
update as needed.
Plan and implement effective training curriculums for
various positions, functions, procedures and departments.
Conduct group and individual training sessions to employees
at all levels, on various topics and skills, procedures and
other needs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
Identify external training tools or platforms that support
the company training program.
Effectively and honestly communicate with management,
supervisors and employees regarding training progress, needs,
etc. Making sure to address any issues or concerns, make
effective recommendations to address such and document and
follow-up on communications.
Closely monitor and evaluate an employee’s response to
training and their performance throughout the process and
keeping accurate and timely records and reporting results to
Champion the company training program through follow-up and
assessment of needs which aligns to the ongoing development
needs of the employees, departments and/or the business.
Maintain training program materials, employee training
records and any training information and/or data, both paper and
electronically, to ensure accuracy and completeness, while using
the strictest confidentiality and safe-guarding practices.
Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable assistance to
employees with training questions or training needs, making
certain the employee has a thorough understanding before the end
of the conversation.
Coordinate training programs throughout the year, making
sure to involve all the required personnel and ensuring
compliance with regulatory training requirements.
Provide solid, knowledgeable support to management in all
training matters to help ensure the company meets its employee
development goals and objectives.
Provide reports and data, perform research, assist with
audits and investigations related to training and performance,
Provide support, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve any
issues related to training information, systems, records, etc.,
as they arise.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
